Deposits are payable in U.S. currency only. Overseas residents must pay by checks drawn on U.S. banks, use a credit card, or pay in U.S. currency.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations or changes made prior to 45 days from visit will result in a $150.00 forfeiture that is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full deposit forfeiture for cancellation requests under 45 days from visit.
3. Full tuition forfeiture for cancellations or changes made once your stay has begun.
4. Reservation deposits are nonrefundable, non-changeable and nontransferable.
5. This policy also applies to emergencies.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

*Donations to the Friends of Optimum Life Institute are nonrefundable.

Our small growing community has limited space for guests. Reserve your stay well in advance to guarantee availability on your desired visit with us.

You may preregister by either mail or fax, but before you do, please take time to read carefully our Deposit/Tuition and Cancellation Policy as well as any other important reservation information.

Deposit/Tuition Policy:
A deposit equal to half the tuition rate for the workshop/event/retreat/visit you schedule is required with all reservation requests. Remaining tuition balance is due 45 days prior to workshop/event/retreat/visit.
